The service onboarding process is a critical step in supporting a customer’s data center environment, ensuring all elements of parts, labor, and technical support are in place to provide a seamless transition from either the OEM or third-party provider.  Onboarding is a collaborative process between both the customer, partner, and CDS, working collectively to gather logs, prepare spares, and define an effective call flow for reporting and responding to client cases.
