CDS Expands Workforce with New Hires

Working hard to ensure customer service and satisfaction levels.
In order to maintain the quality of service our clients deserve, CDS has again expanded our workforce with a number of new hires. We have taken on new staff to work from each of our global hubs to ensure we have the skills and expertise to solve any technical challenges our customers face.
So please meet our new team members:
With seven years of PC support experience behind him, Kyle Hoffman has joined our IT Help Desk working out of our Eatontown headquarters. In his role, he will provide maintenance for the CDS Global computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. He will also be providing end user support to our customers, auditing and tracking software licenses, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
Our warehouse and logistics team has also received a boost with the appointment of Freddy Sorto. Freddy is a recent graduate of Middlesex County College and will be attending Rutgers University part-time to receive his Bachelors of Business Analytics and Information Technology. Freddy will be working to support our Senior Technicians.
Christopher Egbert is our newest Junior Technician. He will be working with our warehouse and logistics staff in Eatontown, supporting CDS Senior Technicians.
Cary Gunn brings over 15 years of field delivery experience to the Toronto office as a Technical Support Specialist. Cary will be working directly with our local Toronto customers helping to grow the CDS presence in Canada’s largest city.
Paul Mailloux is the new CDS Canada Warehouse Coordinator. He brings extensive experience in shipping/receiving and logistics helping to streamline our warehouse operations.
The latest addition to our growing UK workforce, Loretta Primonato joins us as a Project Manager. Loretta’s prior employment history makes her the perfect candidate to assist in company planning and documenting procedures.
