Process and Deliverables

Our consultants follow a rigorous, well-established process using industry best practices and procedures to conduct a complete network performance analysis that includes:

Review and analysis of the current network environment and any known performance issues.
Identification and examination of critical and non-critical traffic across the WAN for the purpose of determining the optimal locations to install the Packet shaper.
Installation and configuration of the Packet shaper.
Capture and classification of data (critical and non-critical) patterns.
Capture and analysis of data to identify network issues such as dropped packets.
Capture and analysis of data to identify performance bottlenecks and to document how bandwidth is being provisioned between critical and non-critical needs.
Generation and delivery of a final report containing all findings and detailed recommendations to increase overall network performance while properly provisioning bandwidth according to need. The report also provides details on any mitigating factors that may affect how certain recommendations are implemented.
